Street names: NRG-1, NRG1, Energy-1, Energy1, Rave Naphyrone is a stimulant produced using a chemical called Pyrovalerone (a Class C drug developed in the 1960s as an appetite suppresent and to reduce fatigue). It is a fine white powder with a tendency to form clumps that is snorted or swallowed. Short-Term Effects include: - Increased heart rate
- Increased blood pressure
- Increased attention & awareness
- Reduced appetite

- It has been reported that sudden cessation of heavy use can cause withdrawal systoms such as anxiety or depression
