To improve the link between prison and community services.  Enabling clients to access or continue treatment for their substance misuse on immediate release from custody.

Services Provided

• Prison visits undertaken to assess clients’ needs
• Meet and greet straight from the prison gates if required
• Motivational and harm minimisation advice and guidance
  onward referrals into local services.

Aylesbury & High Wycombe
Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm
Saturday & Sunday, 9am - 5pm
